We are searching for an Office Administrator to join our central Wellington office. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys customer service, is technically savvy with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. This is the role that sees us working as a well-oiled machine.

The role

As our Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include (but by no means limited to):

  • Reception duties; answering incoming calls and greeting consultants, clients and visitors. Making a positive first impression is key.
  • Customer service; both internal and external.
  • The designated Health and Safety Officer for our Wellington office.
  • Working closely with all parts of the business across Auckland, Wellington and Southland providing administration support.
  • Travel bookings and diary management.
  • Collating material and assisting our Training Administrator when we hold events.
  • Catering, office and kitchen supply orders for both offices.
  • Data entry.

 

What we are looking for

  • Someone who won't just 'fit' our company culture, but someone who will add to it.
  • Impeccable communication, you are the first impression people get so an ability to articulate, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • A strong sense of urgency; you will be all things to all people and some tasks will require a quick turn-around time.
  • Outstanding attention to detail. As you're frontline, we're going to be relying on you to make sure we've dotted our 'I's and crossed our 'T's.
  • Someone technically savvy and is mindful of budget constraints.
  • Strong sense of initiative, who is able to keep themselves busy when there is the odd bit of downtime.
  • Ability to learn new skills and systems quickly
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
